Just got the approval for my band to be put in place on October 6th! I am so excited! It is actually a reality for me now. I am a little nervous as well, but I am sure I will get over it! Anyone else getting banded on the 6th? I am going to Atlantic City for one last time hitting up the buffet next week, then onto my liquid diet. Not mandatory by my doctor, I already lost my 5%, but for my own sanity instead of just jumping into all liquid after surgery. WOO HOO for me!!!!:thumbup:

What insurance do you have? I've been waiting almost 3 weeks to get approved by CIGNA. Driving me crazy!
