Ok, had my surgery on 9/2. Came to thinking what have I done. Went home the next day with only sore from incision's. Able to eat and when I got up on Sunday morning, had vertigo soooo bad. Couldn't get out of bed, proped up on pillows to eat grits and ended up puking all up. I now know not to lay sideways to eat. Vertigo is doing some better but not completely gone. Has anyone else had this problem and if so how long did it last? Also, don't think I'm getting enough protein in at every meal. Any suggestions, I would appreciate. Now that few days have passed, don't think this was a bad idea at all. I know I will feel better with time. Thanks
