I know a lot of people have a hard time with ground beef, but what about the imitation ground beef like smart ground or morningstar? Are they any different since they aren't meat and are more soy based??

I have pretty good restriction and eat all the soy based steaks & sausages.

I have no problem with them, but I only eat 1/3 of a teaspoon at a time and it takes me 15 minutes to eat about 80% of one burger sized steak.

Of course here in NZ we have one called Bean Supreme which have so many great flavours... try them out, just go slow !!
