Stuck?????

I took some pills yesterday and have had pain in my chest and between my sholder blades since. I have tried to bring anything back up without success. I am able to drink fluids and ate dinner last night. Can I be partially blocked and how long can it last? Also aside from drinking hot fluids what else can I do?:)
