Hey Yall! I just wanted to say that I've made it through my first week and I've lost 8 lbs! This has been one tough week but the feeling of seeing the scale move makes it all worth it!

    Great job!! Keep up the good work. I just reached the two week mark, lost a total of 18 so far. Ready to start eating soft solids...thank God, Im sick of pureed food, LOL
