Hey I have a question for everyone out there. I was banded June 4th and had my first fill on July 24th I feel the restriction and I eat a lot less; but I feel like I should be eating less than what I can put down. How much do you guys generally eat in a meal?

Usually 3/4 to 1 cup. Nothing more. Eat slow and get your dense protein in, and you'll be full.

Same here...what is dense protein?

Dense proteins mainly include meats, like chicken, turkey, lamb, and lean cuts of beef. But also nuts, soy, and some beans.
