almost done with week 1

oh my gosh, i am starving....this liquid diet is going to take me out......those of you who are post surgery, how did you do it??? i am so hungry!!!! i can't wait until this has past....i know 2 weeks is nothing as to how great the pay off will be.

help, any advice out there???

    so sorry u have to do a liquid diet my 1st week is done as well but i lucked out with a low carb diet...good luck i'd recomend more protein shakes??

    Think big picture....it is really the only way I made it through - and keep yourself BUSY. The pre-op liquid diet is not, although it feels like it, a test. It is for your health and to improve surgical outcomes. YOU CAN DO IT!!!
