Migraine Help!

I was banded on June 22. Today, I started to get a migraine. Without even thinking, I reached for the Excedrin Migraine and took 2 pills. Well let me tell you! BIG MISTAKE! I instantly got sick to my stomach. I vomited a little bit. But then suffered the rest of the day with a horrible sick feeling in my stomach and a headache that wouldn't go away! I have read a couple things on here that says no aspirin. Is that the rule of thumb? If so, I don't know what I'll do about the next migraine! Any advice will be greatly appreciated!
