Mexico???

I am to be banded on Aug 26th at the INT hospital in Tijuana Mexico and was wondering if anyone has gone there and what they felt about the place. I am going through Beliteweight and they have scheduled me with Dr. Jose Rodriguez has anyone had surgery by him? how was he and his staff. I have no fear of Mexico my hubby has had surgeries there as have other members of my family i was just wondering if anyone on these boards have input on the above questions.
