I have noticed that if do not exercise on a regular basis, five to six times a week, I can not eat. The food will not pass through my esophagus. When I have been working out on a regular basis I can eat anything and pretty much any amount. Does this happen to anyone else?
I can not tell if I have actual restriction because it changes so much with my work out schedule. Should I feel restriction in my throat? When I first got the band, before the swelling went down, I felt it in my chest.
