Diarrhea issue 3 mos out

I have been doing great no issues since my surgery April 9th. I have had two fills and lost 32 lbs. BUT last week ( Wed ) I started having dirrhea issues. It's like I eat and 30 min later I am running to the bathroom. I have not changed the way I am eating. So I don't understand what is going on. Maybe it isn't band related but I feel fine everywhere else. I am having to take immodium to deal with it. Example of my normal day :

Breakfast Chowbani Greek yogurt

lunch salad with grilled chicken

dinner grilled chicken or turkey wrap with veggies and cheese

snack more yogurt or a Protein shake or cheese

I really don't think it is what i am eating but like i said this has been going on since last Wed and i am starting to get worried there is a problem. Anyone else deal with this ?
