losing weightand maintaining it

my name is gillian and i live in chicago. i had my surgery nov 23, 2009. My starting weight was 424 pounds as of july 14 when i went to the doctor i now weigh 360. It has it good and bad to it but i think i did the right thing by having the surgery. because if i didn't i would probably be in the grave.:smile::wub::scared2::wub::tt2::wub:

Wow, Gillian, you are doing great! You have lost a lot of weight...congratulations! My big day is tomorrow and I spend a lot of time reading this forum (and now posting) to keep me focused on this.
