July 18, 201016 yr I have to attend 3 support group meetings required by my surgeon. I was supposed to go to one last Saturday, but after getting home late from work the night before and oversleeping, I stupidly forgot and when I remember I was so annoyed with myself, because the next one was on Tuesday when I had to work and they are only held every 2 weeks, so I will be going next Saturday. But I am hoping I get some good tips from it.
July 18, 201016 yr Author Jess55, I was asking because, my Surgeon also required that I attend 3 of the group support meetings. I had missed 2 of the meeting, on my last visit it was maid clear that I had to attend, before the my surgery. I'm happy that I went. There was a number of things that was talked about. like the protein you must have so your hair will not come out, I know after the surgery that I would have to take protein, but I'm not sure how much. The group also talked about, piling or stacking for got which word that was used. Also how they felt before and after surgery. I'm very happy I did attend, what I hear at the group and do not understand I can come here for more infor or if there is infor I read here the group can help to make it more clearer
