I have the SAGB quick close band, 2005, i know it does take a special liquid for the fills, not salene, does anyone know what this Fluid is?

I had that band too for a few months. It doesnt have saline inside? hmmm Ill ask my doc what he used then because he always called it saline.

My daughter has a friend that she kept losing her fill. So they were filling her with something else that was thicker than saline. So this might be what you're speaking of but I don't know what it is. As it turns out, she actually had a leak and is having to have hers redone.
