About 20 minutes after surgery.

I walked quarter mile the day of surgery, half mile day 2, and a mile day 3. And I was not exercising before. Running might take a while due to stitches and recovery time. Bouncing can hurt! My doc said heavy exercising should wait 4-6 weeks.

Good luck

hey guys thanks alot i got the pre op today im rlly scared of the two days following surgery lol but i think ill be fine thanks so much

The is nothing to be afraid of.

Unless you have a really low pain threshold there is no pain.

Very uncomfortable gas for a couple of days but not bad enough where I'd call it pain.
