Hi everybody!!!!!!!!!!!

I'm on my pre-op diet right now I'm only three days in and i can't wait for this part to be over!! I'm scheduled for surgery on July 7th!!!!! I could use all the support anybody can offer i'm having a hard time with just the shakes:unsure:

    thanks i'm making it through one day at a time the main thing keeping me going is that in a little over a week i'm getting my band and starting my life fresh and soon i will lose the weight i've been dragging around my entire life:biggrin:
