dialation warning

I dialated a few weeks ago and finally figured out what caused it. I would love to save someone.

I have in order to get my Protein in been doubling my whey. I usually order ahead and pick up my drink but a few days ago I was a walk in. The guy that made my shake was planning on throwing away half my shake and of course I called him on it.

Apparently the whey protein expands making the whole shake not fit into the cup.

BINGO....I have been drinking this shake and the whey has expanded my pouch. I have done everything textbook AND my esphogus is perfect which leads me to believe as well as my surgeon that this is what caused my pouch to dialate.

I was unfilled and I have stopped my doubling of protein and things are again normal.

I hope that this helps someone!
