Finally made my first Protein smoothie after getting tired of powders?utm_source=BariatricPal&utm_medium=Affiliate&utm_campaign=CommentLink" target="_ad" data-id="1" >unjury (for now).
I made a 20oz drink which consist of:
16 oz Water
1 scoop Syntrax nectar
1 banana
1 light & fit yogurt
a couple of ice cubes
personal blender and done. Its actually pretty good, even my 5 and 6 year old loves the taste. You can barely taste that "proteiny" taste.
