Have a Leak

Has anyone experieced a leak? I'm going back to this week but it appears I have a slow leak somewhere as I was 1.5cc lower than I had been 5 weeks prior. I can already tell my restriction is gone from the refill I had 2 weeks ago which has me really bummed. :unsure:

If you've had a leak can you tell me where and what cause it?
