Finally!

After two straight days of heart burn from hell and not eating because it made it worse, i think the not eating made it even worse since the acid just kept producing and there wasnt anything to absorb.. i made mashed potatoes for the fam for dinner and made some for me,, was able to eat it just fine and felt immediately better with some food in my stomache. heart burn is gone thank god. i have no sworn off almonds since that it was started all this.

A teaspoon of Bicarb in water is good for getting rid of heartburn and indigestion. It is an alkali and neutralises the acid.
