Hey all! My name is Mary and i was just banded a couple days ago on june 1st. I live in Michigan and my surgeon was Dr. Satgunam. A wonderful doctor and i had no complications with my surgery. I am 21 years old and my weight going into surgery was 292.9 My weight loss goal is 180. Its a lot to lose i know but one day i will be there!!! My journey has just begun!!! :Dancing_biggrin:

And you will get there. I am so glad to so many younger people having the surgery. I am 54 and wished I could have had it at 21. I have fought so long with my weight. You will learn to eat right and healthy. I'm proud of all of you.
