Here I go again

Ok, third time's the charm, Right? I was scheduled the first time for surgery on May 6th. Postponed. Second time was May 27th. My blood was too thin, postponed. Tomorrow is the third time. I've got my fingers crossed. I've been on a liquid diet so long now, I've forgotten what food taste like.

I have to do another liquid diet for 4 weeks after surgery.

At least I'm getting a real good start at weight loss.

Wish me luck!

Are you anemic or on blood thinners for a heart problem?

I'm on coumadin. I stopped for 4 days, like the doc said, but I guess it should have been longer. I had the IV started and all ready to go in last Thursday, I sure hope it will work out tomorrow.

Good luck!

Good luck and let us know how it goes, its a great journey!

Good luck!! I hope all goes well.

They have to take blood anyway, so couldn't you just go today for a blood check to make sure you are okay.

That way you would not have to go tomorrow and have the IV and everything and be disappointed again.

I have had many surgeries where I went a day or two ahead for the blood draw.
