Hello! everyone I'm new here, I just had an appt. with the dietitian don't know what's next in line for me. When will I get scheduled for surgery. Anyone?? thanks:smile2:

It all depends on your insurance. I had to wait 6 months. Did you have your consultation with your doctor yet? Did you go to the seminar?

Thanks, Astrasmom, yes I did seen the doctor and went to seminar also been to Endoscopy for upper GI. tomorrow 5/27 I will talk to the dietitian for the first time. I called the insurance co and said they will cover the procedure. more info?? thanks

Do you have to go for a Psych. visit? When you see your doctor he should give you a tentative date of your surgery. It will all depend on your insurance company. It could take anywhere from 1 month to 6 months for your insurance to approve you.
