In this for the long run!

patrick here from lascassas,tn. i had my surgery on 5-12-10 with dr. westmoreland in murfreesboro.

at my first visit with the doc my weight was 397lbs.

i have always been secure with my weight and my wife has never had a problem with it either(at least that what she tells me lol). but, its my 4 year old daughter that has made me decide that it is time to something.

no, she has never said any thing about her daddy's weight, instead its the little things like playing ball, going to the park, riding bikes, and all the other things daddys do with their little girls.

so, i am very excited about my journey and what the future has in store in for me.

like i said, I AM IN THIS FOR THE LONG RUN! AND I'M NEVER LOOKIN' BACK!!!!

Thanks! I am looking forward to the challenge.

Great job- good decision, there will be tough times, but just keep your daughter as your motivation... you want to see her through all of her "firsts" and then on her wedding day someday! It's all mind over matter with this band
