After a fill- having trouble

Hi all,

Here's my problem- had a fill on Monday (.4 cc) and am still having trouble keeping anything but water down. I know there is swelling that happens when you get a fill. My question is how long to wait before I go in for a unfill. I have had trouble before, after a fill, and in a day or 2 been fine. Just don't want to get an unfill uncessarily. Thanks!
