My last fill was 4/6/10, I dropped 4 pounds over the course of 2 weeks, then stalled. I weighed myself yesterday morning - the damn scale read 184. How in the heck did I go from 180 to 184 in a matter of days? I'm eating the right foods, supplementing w/ Proteinshakes (average 60-80g) and keep carbs at bay (less than 40g per day) and keep cals between 1000-1200.
After the shock of seeing 184, I decided to take in more liquids (especially water) to see what happens, and last night after spending the day p...ing  I weighed 182. Then this morning 181 - what the heck is happening?
Yes, I exercise regularly, Swim 1-hr Tues, Thurs and Sun - focus on weights or cardio Wed and Sat.
The last time I saw my dr he suggested Water weight. My feet/hands aren't swollen as if I'm retaining Fluid.

Have any ideas? Has this happened to anyone?
