3 month diet

What is the point of this?just wondering is it to loose weight or not to loose weight?afraid my bmi will go to low and wont be able to have the surgery.so are you supposed to lose weight or not?I allready eat healthy mainly fruits and veggies and i exercise 3xa week.Maybe i eat to many of the healthy foods i guess thats possible.any feedback would be great.thanx

I don't think its possible to eat too many healthy foods. But the insurance should go by your first visit's BMI. I focuses on losing weight on those three months. The less you weigh, the less complications might occur. The point of this surgery is to lose weight and it requires a lifestyle change to work. I suggest you start making that lifestyle change so its not that hard when you get banded.
