My name is Rebecca and I had Lap Band surgery on March 25, 2008. As of today, I have lost 95 pounds. Although it has been an eventful journey, with both ups and downs, I am ultimately happy with my decision. I would still like to lose another 30-40 pounds, and I know I can do it.
My reason for this thread is because, to go along with my new body, I am also attempting to improve my mind. I have gone back to school and am currently enrolled in a Sociology class. My research paper for this class is on the effects of weight loss surgery on a person's self-esteem.
In order to complete this assignment, and help me pass this class, I ask you to please assist me by filling out the short survey I have attached.
