stuck feels like?

not sure if im having stuck episode. was sipping some hot and sour broth this morning, there was a shrimp in the bowl and i forgot { stlil on liquids at day 18 days post band} i chewed part of it it but not enough , and swallowed it. i feel like i have an air bubble in my lower throat, been 30 minutes almost like i have something that hasn't been fully swallowed. no heaving or anything . what should i do ?
