I just got over a bad cold, and I think what helped the most, besides just time, was Cold-Eeze...I got the "melt in your mouth" version...the zinc supposedly does wonders. I also used Tylenol Liquid Sore Throat version. I'm sorry you are sick...it's miserable. Hope you feel better soon! Cindy

Sorry about your cold....I am just on the tail end of a killer cough. To top it off, I have only had my band since 10/24 so everytime I cough I feel like I'm ripping apart all my stitches inside. I try not to cough which of course makes me feel worse. I can't take pills right now, so I've been existing on adult liquid tylenol and dimetapp. Drinking the stuff makes me feel like I'm drinking peppermint schnapps under the bleachers at a high school football game!!! LOL! Oh, well it helps, but it's no miracle cure! feel better soon

Me too!! This sure seems to be the season for it. My cough was so bad I got the narcotic cough suppressant from the doctor just a couple of days ago. It seems to work, but I can't stand the way it makes me feel. I'm going back to Nyquil. :)

I sound like I smoke! Thanks, hope you all are feeling better soon. This stinks! Is there anything that we should not take with the band?

Ahhhh sorry you have a cold. You also might want to try some Throat Coat hot tea, they sell it in the hot tea area. It would help me at night with coughing. I hope you get better soon
