is this a normal thing???????

ok not sure if anyone is even gonna know what im talking about but ill give it a try.. iv notice the past 7-10day when i first wake up in the morning and get up i have a slight pinch or tightness like feeling in my lower chest .. it goes away in seconds .. just wasnt sure if it was maybe m band. i dont have a fill yet. it doesnt really hurt its just noticeable and it doesnt last.. anyone have any ideas?
