Hello!

Hello out there!! I am a bander since 2009...it went very very well at first then over the course of 24 months I have slowly gained some back. I am going through (and have been) going through much stress and I feel that is the problem. Anyone out there like me????

Hello and welcome. Yeah, I think there are quite a few of us who are slow losers and who may have gained a bit back on occasion. I think there are even threads about that. Why don't you hunt them out.

When it happened to me I just reviewed the "bandster's rules" and started eating the way I did when I was first banded.

Good luck with it!
