joined yesterday

Hi, I joined yesterday because I needed help. Thanks to those of you who responded to "is my band too tight". I went in this morning and had .75 cc taken out. It is absolutely amazing how much difference such a small amount can make!

I was banded July 27, 2009 and have lost 45 pounds. I'm not going very fast, but I'm going the right direction and that makes me feel great.

I'm excited to have joined!
