Introduction

I received my band October 2009 and I have lost 38 pounds but I have slowed down to a few pounds per month. But I have come down four clothes sizes and have come off three medications. I want to lose at least 56 more pounds. I do not have my own web site or blog:thumbup:

    Hey Debbie, I got my band in October too! We are glad your here. My weightloss has slowed down a lot too, but I havent been trying too hard lately either so thats OK with me. Congrats on losing 3 meds! I bet that is worth it all by itself, but you got 4 down sizes to go with it. Way to go!
