Hoping Medicaid will help pay....

I am new to this and have been considering the surgery for the past year and a half.I have 5 kids and have been married for 11 years. Throughout the 5 births I have gone from 164 to 308 and have not ever been able to take of more than 50 lbs and put it right back on. I have many friends and aquaintinces that have done and within 2 mos alread have lost a lot of weight.I cant wait to doit but because of my limited income I am on mediCal but i have heard that they will pay for it, if it will help subside your health problems, I guess you just have to have a good doctor to convince them. I think I have one of those. Any suggestions on how to go about it Let me know. Will visit again soon

Hi Angie, and welcome to LBT.

My suggestion it to explore all the threads, ones for your area as well as the ones for financing. Ask questions there. Someone is bound to have some ideas.

Good luck!
