can someone help surgery next month

i am having mine placed on april23,2010 i was wondering if anyone can give me feed back about which pre- mixed shakes are best i am confused by which is ok and which isn"t?:o

    I started using unjury, it taste good as long as you are lactose tolerant because most of the flavors with the exception of strawberry sorbet requires that u use milk for a better taste.

    I have issue with lactose so I am using these shakes that I ordered from Doctors Best Weight Loss. I also prefer it because it is thicker and requires Water to mix it. Easy for on the go. Good Luck
