I was banded last Friday, and today is the first day I've really pressed around on my stomach, and I can't seem to feel my port. Im really worried about this. Just wondering if anyone else has experienced this problem. I dont want to have to be cut on again

I'm sure your port is there - it's just behind a lot of swelling and you can't push hard enough to feel it. After about a month, you'll be able to feel the outline easily. Don't fret....

Your stomach is probably still a little bloated from the surgery. It took me a couple of weeks before I felt mine, now I easily find it. Sometimes just leaning against the counter I can feel it.
