restrition/sweet spot

I think I might have was people refer to as "sweet spot/restriction". Up until the end of January I was pretty much able to eat anything. However since then and more noticably in the last couple of weeks, I am only able to eat about 1/2 cup of food. Slider foods are easier to eat still not alot though. If I eat more than that I seem to have sliming and alot of nausea and feeling like I need to vomit to feel better. Is this normal?

Absolutely! It sounds like you have finally gotten some good restriction. Did you have a fill in January? It sounds like your band is really starting to help you now. This is what it is supposed to do. Best of luck! :scared2:
