Crystal Light

I am scheduled to get banded on April 7 and my dietician told me that my surgeon does not like us to use Crystal Light as it has citric acid in it and that can be hard on the stomach.

Anyone else not able to use Crystal Light?

Anyone have stomach problems from using it?

I am also not allowed to drink Crystal Light because of the citric acid. I have occasionally done it when I'm in an area where the water tastes awful, but generally speaking I avoid it. Just like most other things, you get used to life without it and it's not so bad.

I have been drinking generic Crystal Light for 16 months and all of a sudden I am getting extreme reflux and acid indigestion from it. I am going to try and get used to plain water, bleck!!!!

My doctor has banded the use of Crystal light, because it has a sweenter and any form of sweetner or sugar will make you hungry.

I'll be banded next week march 18th o boy. my docotors have no problem with me drinking crystal light it may just depend on the persron. i drink it now and love it.
