I Cheated........

I had some soup yesterday but there was a little bit of meat in it and I ate it....I feel so bad, but I've been strong since then and I have no intention to cheat again, but will it make my liver bigger? Do I have anything to worry about?

Slap yourself on the back of the hand and don't do it again.

One little piece won't hurt but that can snowball into another and another and another.

You have to try your hardest to stick to the plan. The band comes with rules too. If you plan on following the band rules for the rest of your life, you should be able to follow the pre-op rules for a couple of weeks.

I did the same in my pre-op, learn from it, dont beat yourself up, and get right back on it. I am 17 days into pre-op, in the first week, I had some wine, and hot dog from bowling alley and still lost 26 pounds. Just get right back on it.

No, meat won't harm your liver. It's carbs you need to really watch out for.

No harm, no foul--now follow the rules from here on out!

Good luck :smile2:
