March 3, 201016 yr It is possible, but to have such strong stomach contractions that it forces lower contents into the upper pouch is very bad. Many ppl have prescription pills on hand to prevent such strong wretching...Phenergan or Zofran are typical. I hope you don't catch it!!! Best wishes, Mimi
