Need post op diet ideas!

I was just banded on Friday and am on clear liquids for 2 weeks. I'm having my broth, popsicles, jello, apple juice and gatorade. I'm looking for any other ideas and also ideas on full liquids and mushy foods.

Thanks in advance!

At bariatriceating.com, you can find great lists and recipes for all stages of eating :)

mashed potatoes, unsweetened applesauce, scrambled eggs w/ no fat cheese, canned french style string beans(theses mush up well but sometimes have peices of stems so be careful), pudding, stewed tomatoes, vegtable soup, when your ready for chicken I love to cook boneless, skinless chicken breast in the crock-pot all day with a can of diced tomatoes.

Also protein shakes, I have actually really started to enjoy having these. I mix mine with skim milk
