Fill Advice

Finally get to go for my first fill tomorrow. Last 3 appointments got snowed out. My appointment is in the afternoon, but what should I do and not do before the appointment. I plan on having breakfast so I won't be starving before the fill, but what should I do??:frown:

My surgeon gives us a reminder card for each fill that states, solids only up until 4 hs before and stop liquids one hour before and only consume liquids for 48 hrs afterwards. Hope that helps.
