introduction

Hello, I'm new to this website. I had lapband surgery on January 23, 2009. I have lost 50 pounds since my surgery. I have also gained back some weight too. I dont know what else to say but I need help.

Can you give us an example of what you eat on a normal day and your daily routine? Maybe some of the more experience ones can help you out!

Also, how's your restriction? Do you need a fill? Are you too tight--have you been eating a lot of calorie-dense slider foods because eating solids is too difficult?
