Good Evening!

I am new to posting so please bear with me. I got my Realize Band in June 2009. I do not regret it at all and have lost almost 70 lbs. I have 8 more lbs before I see the number 1 again. Being able to read posts on sites like this one has been very helpful with a lot of my first experiences. I am very thankful to everyone who has shared the good and the bad. :thumbup:
