Go to www.5daypouchtest.com. It has alot of the info you need. In a nutshell, it is a way to feel your restriction again by going back to a mini-post op diet. Liquids, then soft foods, then reintroduce mushies and solids. Many people think it is a way to get your mind back on track after migrating away from the band rules.

Hello,

I see that you had your surgery a week after me and your weight loss is kinda online with mine-has your doctor told you that your weoght loss was great without the big number? do you have a fill?

Yes I now have 5.5 cc's in my band. I go for another fill on the 16th. I actually haven't seen the dr yet I have been seeing the the nurse that does my fills, but she did say I was doing good and that most people that come in have gained all there weight back from after surgery. I have basically been maintaining my weight it will go up and down just by like 3lbs. I was not eating right though and I think that's the problem. So yesterday I got back on track eating more protein drinking lots of water and working out at curves. So hopefully by my next appt day I will have lost a few more lbs. What have you been doing?
