Dinner at Texas De Brazil

Recommended Posts

Okay so Tuesday night my boyfriend is taking me to dinner at Texas De Brazil. I've been dying to go there, and finally he's taking me. One problem though. He doesn't know I have the band & I dont know all their food choices besides red meat. Most red meat is hard to get down. It's about $50.00 per person to eat there, but I dont want to go and barely eat. He would be pissed. I was just curious to see if anyone has gone with the band and knows some safe band foods there.

I would suggest the vegaterian meal and switch your marker's the circle things for the food that you flip .. the vegaterian meal is 20.00 and you can just ask the meat guy to throw your boy an extra slice and have him slide it to your plate if you want it.. but they have awesome cheesie broc, and lobster bisque, Soups and black olvies fresh mozeralla and goat cheese.. and sushie and fresh veggies salad's like potatoe salad egg salad really nice deviled eggs... the have all sores of stuff but don waste the funds on the main dinner... this is what i did when i went..

I never heard of this restaurant before so I googled it.... it has it's full menu online if you wanna take a look at it so you have an idea of what you can order beforehand...

Ok, I lied I thought it had the full menu...but it kinda gives you an overview of what they have so it might give you a little better of an idea...

I went before the band....and it was sooooooo good. They also have chicken and lamb if that helps. I actually can get red meat down w/o problems, but i have loads of trouble with dry chicken or battered chicken! enjoy!

I changed my profile image to a molecule of protein. Why? Because I am certain that it saved my life.

Two years out. Lost 120 , regained 5 lbs. Recently has a bout of Norovirus, lost 7 pounds in two days. Now my stomach feels like it did right after my surgery. Sore, sensitive to even water.  Anyone out there have a similar experience?

      April Surgery
Am I the only struggling to get weight down. I started with weight of 297 and now im 280 but seem to not lose more weight. My nutrtionist told me not to worry about the pounds because I might still be losing inches. However, I do not really see much of a difference is this happen to any of you, if so any tips?
      Thanks

Well recovering from gallbladder removal was a lot like recovering from the modified duodenal switch surgery, twice in 4 months yay 🥳😭. I'm having to battle cravings for everything i shouldn't have, on top of trying to figure out what happens after i eat something. Sigh, let me fast forward a couple of months when everyday isn't a constant battle and i can function like a normal person again! 😞
