What can I expect next?

So between pre band diet and actual surgery and following dr's orders, I have lost 41 lbs in less than a month. It is amazing how fast it has come off. With that being said, I am still almost 3 weeks till my first fill. Currently I am eating a bowl of Cereal for breafast a smart one for lunch and same for dinner. On some days I am having an itallian ice for desert.

What can I expect to eat after first fill? Will a smart one realistically be too much? That seems really funny to type.

Thanks for feedback.

I did not notice much of a difference after my first fill.

But even now, with good restriction, I could come pretty close to finishing a Smart One, some days, I probably could.

You may find that the cereal in the morning is a no-go. Many people with the band are tight in the morning and more loose as the day goes on.

Like mentioned before, it will all depend on the amount of your fill and how your body tolerates it. I've had 3 fills, and that would be no problem for me.

With that being said, I do have one concern for you. Are you getting enough Protein with cereal and two Smart Ones? If not, that may sabatoge your weight loss and leave you battling hunger more than you should.
