  1. So between pre band diet and actual surgery and following dr's orders, I have lost 41 lbs in less than a month. It is amazing how fast it has come off. With that being said, I am still almost 3 weeks till my first fill. Currently I am eating a bowl of Cereal for breafast a smart one for lunch and same for dinner. On some days I am having an itallian ice for desert. What can I expect to eat after first fill? Will a smart one realistically be too much? That seems really funny to type. Thanks for feedback.
  2. Are you saying that there are NFL players and UFC fighters with Lap Band? If so, who?
  3. I am also having surgery on the 13th. Day 3 of liquid diet and I am starving. You know it is bad when you look at your dog's food and think they are luck for eating solid food. Nervous about surgery as well. I have read up on this and death in this surgery is supposed to be 1 in 2000, however it is still scary
  4. I am 26 years old and looking to lose 140 lbs. I have a wedding coming up in october and would like to lose as much as possible before then(realize it will be far less than full 140). My question is to those who have been doing this a) how often do you need to exercise and what is a typical meal that you eat? c) is 2.5 lbs a week with at least 3 days of exercising and eating right a realistic goal? I appreciate any information you can share. Getting banded on Jan 13th.
  5. Jan 13th is my date. Looking fwd to it.
