HELP! What is "stuck" ?

I thought I had a general idea of what getting stuck would be like.... but now I am getting confused . I don't think it has happened to me, but then again I'm not sure what it would be like. Can anyone who has been "stuck" explain or tell me what it was like for you. I would really appreciate it, I am new at this and trying to relearn all of the eating sensations, etc.

Thanks in advance for any help !! ;)

Oh sweetie, you will KNOW when something is stuck or you are eating too fast, or you didn't take small enough bites. The pain between your breasts will let you know in a NY minute. You will think you are having a heart attack! Don't try to drink anything thinking it will help...it will only make it worse. Take deep breaths, bend from the waist several times and hope it passes. Papaya tabs will help too sometimes. Don't make yourself vomit. You will probably have some slimming too. Sometimes, you might burp and you'll get some relief. The nice thing is that the pain will go away as fast as it came when the food passes thru. Good luck. I hope you never have to experience this feeling.
